Responsibilities For Support Engineer, Selling Partner Financial Tech

  • Develop tools, applications, code improvements and scripts to resolve operational burden
  • Interface with product, operations and technical teams to understand customer-facing workflows
  • Drive tools and configuration management for software product releases and deployments
  • Provide engineering support of incoming tickets, including troubleshooting and debugging
  • Troubleshoot issues related to platform services, UI feature/functionality and content
  • Support software deployments in staging and production environments

Requirements For Support Engineer, Selling Partner Financial Tech
