Responsibilities For Support Engineer, Software Development

  • Follow tech SOP for completing projects/onboarding tasks
  • Write code for small tasks and issue rectification
  • Debug minor issues in services
  • Handle production deployment and sanity checks
  • Manage ticket reassignment following SOPs
  • Write automation scripts for common issues
  • Work with AWS services like Lambda, SQS, DDB

Requirements For Support Engineer, Software Development

  • 1+ years of software development or technical support experience
  • Degree in Computer Science or 1 year relevant experience in large-scale online technical operations
  • Strong in at least one scripting language
  • Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic Linux/Unix command knowledge
