Amazon's Seller Engagement and Enablement team is seeking a Support Engineer to join their dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial in enabling sellers to successfully onboard and operate on Amazon's platform in India. The team provides comprehensive support including registration assistance for desktop and mobile platforms, helping sellers optimize their shipping options, and facilitating connections with provider networks.

As a Support Engineer, you'll be part of a fast-growing team that's transforming India's e-commerce landscape. You'll work with various AWS services including Lambda, SQS, and DynamoDB, while handling critical support tasks and automation initiatives. The role combines technical problem-solving with practical coding and debugging responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of software development or technical support experience, strong scripting abilities, and a solid foundation in computer science fundamentals. Responsibilities For Support Engineer, Software Development

  • Follow tech SOP for completing project/onboarding tasks
  • Write code for small tasks and issue rectification
  • Debug minor issues in services
  • Handle production deployment and sanity checks
  • Reassign TTs to appropriate teams following SOP
  • Write automation scripts for common issues
  • Work with AWS services like Lambda, SQS, DDB

Requirements For Support Engineer, Software Development
