The team focuses on four key objectives: eliminating defects causing returns, achieving zero cost returns, eliminating product waste to landfill, and delivering on Amazon's Climate Pledge for Net Zero Carbon. As a Support Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic team that manages returned or damaged products from customer to warehouse and beyond. The role combines technical troubleshooting, automation development, and operational excellence.
