  • Become a subject matter expert across multiple services
  • Guide development, deployment, operation, and growth of services within the network
  • Utilize data trends and metrics to identify areas for enhancement
  • Refine and enhance team procedures and processes
  • Automate and productionize Kuiper's network infrastructure and systems
  • Craft solutions to complex technical issues
  • Contribute to team growth through coaching and development
