System Development Engineer, Catalog Support and Programs

Amazon Selection and Catalog Systems (ASCS) is seeking a System Development Engineer to join their Catalog Support and Programs team. This role is crucial in supporting the world's largest e-Commerce products catalog, which processes hundreds of millions of updates across billions of products. As part of the Services Support Team, you'll be responsible for providing service level support to ASCS Engineering teams, managing system vulnerabilities, and driving root cause resolutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong system/tool coding abilities and AWS services understanding. You'll work with diverse data sets and cross-functional teams to drive process improvement. The role demands excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to learn complex systems quickly, and strong communication capabilities to work effectively with engineering teams.

Key responsibilities include handling system and service tickets, supporting software deployments, delivering maintainable solutions, and ensuring compliance with company-wide campaigns.
