Responsibilities For System Development Engineer I

  • Provide Infrastructure support of incoming system tickets
  • Work on maintenance driven coding projects in Java and AWS technologies
  • Software deployment support in staging and production environments
  • Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance
  • System and Support status reporting
  • Ownership of digital products or components
  • Improve Retail Music infrastructure, operational performance, and stability
  • Participate in designs, code and procedures reviews
  • Troubleshoot and resolve defects
  • Drive Company Wide Campaigns with Support and Engineering teams
  • Keep Compliance risks for Retail Music systems under control
  • Drive large scale projects such as migration to native and Pipeline Automation

Requirements For System Development Engineer I

Java
Linux
  • Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure
  • Experience with Linux/Unix
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes (preferred)
  • Experience programming with Java and knowledge in AWS technologies (preferred)
