As a System Development Engineer on our engineering team, you'll have a unique opportunity to build new innovative products across our education programs. Key job responsibilities:

• Engage with systems that are at the cutting edge of technology, pioneering new methods and approaches to delivering software, serving customers, and enabling large, distributed, worldwide educational program teams.
• Work directly with other engineering and product teams to identify opportunities to share learnings, technology and best practices across all teams.
• Perform technical analysis, level-of-effort estimation, development, implementation of applications with necessary customizations and integration.
• Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues.
• Leverage strong communication skills and a passion for using data and software to drive business decisions at scale.
• Responsible for developing in Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
