System Development Engineer I, REALM EPIC

The REALM EPIC Team in Hyderabad is seeking a System Development Engineer to join their innovative team focused on improving Amazon Transportation. This role involves integrating and managing solutions that enhance Amazon's transportation and delivery experience worldwide. Key responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and fixing production software issues
• Developing monitoring solutions
• Performing software maintenance and configuration
• Implementing fixes for internally developed code (Perl, Ruby, C/C++, JAVA)
• Performing SQL queries
• Building tools to automate daily operational activities
• Coordinating with multiple Development, Operations, and IT Support groups
• Identifying and preventing potential problems
• Providing on-call support on a rotation basis

• Ability to learn quickly and work on multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Linux systems and networking
