Responsibilities For System Development Engineer II, REALM
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production software issues
- Developing monitoring solutions
- Performing software maintenance and configuration
- Implementing fixes for internally developed code
- Performing SQL queries
- Building and developing tools to automate daily operational activities
- Working alongside development on Amazon Corporate and Divisional software projects
- Providing on-call support on a rotation basis
- Coordinating between multiple Development, Operations and IT Support groups
Requirements For System Development Engineer II, REALM
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
- Experience with Linux/Unix
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
