Responsibilities For System Development Engineer, Sort Tech Support

  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production software issues
  • Developing monitoring solutions
  • Performing software maintenance and configuration
  • Implementing fixes for internally developed code
  • Performing SQL queries
  • Building and developing tools to automate daily operational activities
  • Working alongside development teams on Sort Tech software projects
  • Providing on-call support on rotation basis
  • Coordinating between multiple Development, Operations and IT Support groups

Requirements For System Development Engineer, Sort Tech Support
