Description For System Integration Engineer

AWS Utility Computing (UC) is seeking an experienced System Integration Engineer for the Annapurna product system team. This role is crucial in developing and managing AWS's foundational services like S3 and EC2. You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies used across AWS data centers as the backbone for Nitro and Graviton services.

As a System Integration Engineer, you'll take ownership of end-to-end system interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, and DDR across various products. Your responsibilities span from initial concept to post-deployment debugging in data centers. This position requires strong technical leadership skills as you'll be setting interface strategies and driving complex system debugging involving hardware, firmware, and software components.

Requirements For System Integration Engineer

  • B.Sc. in Electrical / Computer Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of HW Design Experience or Functional/Electrical Integration/Validation/Debug
  • 5+ years experience working with systems and their SW, FW and HW components
  • 3+ years of Technical Leadership experience
  • Good familiarity with DDR interface (DDR4/DDR5)
