  • Lead global team for prioritizing, planning, executing, and managing build and development projects
  • Identify, define, and drive systems strategy, vision, and roadmap for internal tools
  • Collaborate with Business Owners and Engineering Owners to align product priorities
  • Lead end-to-end software and systems development process
  • Work closely with business, Optical, Border Engineering, and Network Operations

  • 3+ years of engineering team management experience
  • 7+ years of system or software development experience
