Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented Systems Development Engineer to join their Builder Tools team focused on government customers. This role combines development, operations, networking, and systems engineering expertise to support one of the largest compute services globally. You'll be working in AWS's fast-paced environment, where you'll investigate customer issues, analyze metrics, and collaborate with top engineers to automate operational processes.

The position requires expertise in AWS Builder Tool products and services, with responsibilities including improving operations, solving complex cloud issues, and investigating system variances before they impact customers. You'll work specifically with isolated AWS regions and AWS GovCloud regions, requiring an active TS/SCI security clearance.

As part of the Utility Computing (UC) organization, you'll support critical services like Amazon S3 and EC2, while helping develop specialized security solutions for cloud services.   • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above
