Systems Development Engineer, AWS EC2 Edge Frontier

AWS EC2 Edge Frontier is seeking a Systems Development Engineer to join their team focused on building hybrid-edge cloud services. This role is part of the Frontier Core Engineering team, responsible for developing and operating core software for AWS Outposts, Wavelength, Local Zones, Telco, and Snow services. AWS Outposts delivers AWS infrastructure to on-premises locations, offering solutions from 1U servers to 42U racks. The position requires expertise in large-scale infrastructure, modern programming languages, and Linux systems. You'll work on technology that enables AWS services delivery closer to customers, outside traditional AWS Regions. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $136,100 to $235,200 based on location, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
