As part of the Hardware Engineering AI/ML development team, you'll collaborate with engineers across AWS to deliver next-generation platforms. You'll work with global development teams in Seattle, Cupertino, and Austin, managing servers located in datacenters worldwide.

Responsibilities For Systems Development Eng (AWS Generative AI & ML Servers), AWS Hardware Engineering Accelerators
- Build and design next-generation AWS platforms for Generative AI cloud
- Lead technical solutions for complex architectural problems
- Own team systems and proactively identify deficiencies
- Write tactical code to solve issues before customer impact
- Decompose complex server system problems into manageable tasks
- Work with various teams through server conception, test, launch, and operations
- Drive high quality and reliability into AWS Accelerated server solutions
Requirements For Systems Development Eng (AWS Generative AI & ML Servers), AWS Hardware Engineering Accelerators
- 6+ years of programming with modern languages (C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby)
- 6+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 6+ years of designing or architecting systems experience
- 4+ years of systems development in IT or data center environment
- 4+ years of deploying and operating in Linux/Unix environment
- 6+ years of systems design, software development, operations experience
- Experience leading complex and performant software solutions in production
