Systems Development Engineer, Tech Deploy- Systems Integration

As a result of continued growth, our Technology Deployment - Systems Integration team is searching for an innovative and solutions-oriented Systems Development Engineer to be part of our global initiative of developing and delivering the next generation of world-class fulfillment systems through advanced technology.

Successful candidates are natural self-starters with prior engineering experience in the integrated automation project life cycle, including design, development, implementation, enhancement, and support. System Development Engineers (SysDE's) will be part of a new product/technology development cycle and responsible for successful delivery of equipment for further testing and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the installation of complex cross-functional projects
• Work with internal and external engineering teams to deliver high-quality projects
• Contribute to project priorities, establish milestones, and drive schedules
• Deep dive into technical solutions encompassing advanced technology applications
• Participate in design reviews and support execution efforts
• Communicate project status and produce clear summaries
• Capture and synthesize the Voice of Customer (VoC) for new product introductions
• Build strong working relationships with various teams and stakeholders
• Identify process improvement initiatives
• Develop cross-functional knowledge of systems, processes, and tools
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• Travel up to 75% throughout North America
