Description For Systems Engineer

AWS Utility Computing (UC) is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their world-class team in building and operating the world's largest cloud computing infrastructure. As part of the UC organization, you'll support the development and management of various AWS services including Compute, Database, Storage, IoT, Platform, and Productivity Apps. Requirements For Systems Engineer

  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience
  • Working knowledge of Linux system administration
  • Experience of systems automation using BASH, Python, Perl, etc
  • Experience of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, switching, HTTP)
  • Good troubleshooting skills at all levels, from application to network to host
