AWS is launching its groundbreaking European Sovereign Cloud (ESC), a significant milestone in utility computing. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join AWS Managed Operations team, where you'll be instrumental in building and leading operations for critical AWS services like EC2, S3, Dynamo, Lambda, and Bedrock, specifically designed for EU customers.

As a Systems Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of the ESC launch in 2025, working alongside global AWS teams to shape the future of AWS services. Your daily responsibilities will involve collaborating with technology leaders, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring optimal service performance. The role requires participation in on-call rotations and a commitment to maintaining high availability for EU customers.

  • Lead operations and development teams for high-availability AWS services
  • Oversee the launch of European Sovereign Cloud in 2025
