Responsibilities For Systems Engineer/Technical Program Manager – Verification & Validation, Kuiper Technical Program Management

  • Perform all aspects of Technical Program Management to successfully lead Verification & Validation
  • Collaborate with engineers and engineering leaders to create project execution plans with detailed dependencies
  • Optimize the velocity of engineering development through design and application of mechanisms
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration across multiple groups
  • Work with engineering and program management leads to ensure systems development meets requirements
  • Drive project execution and make technical trade-off recommendations
  • Adhere to Program Management practices including risk management, requirements management, verification and validation

Requirements For Systems Engineer/Technical Program Manager – Verification & Validation, Kuiper Technical Program Management

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years systems engineer, or technical program management role with significant experience with complex systems
  • Proficiency with at least one schedule tracking tools such as MS Project, SmartSheet or alternative
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
