Description For Technical Account Manager

As a Technical Account Manager at AWS, you'll be at the forefront of helping large enterprises navigate their cloud computing challenges. This role combines technical leadership with customer-facing responsibilities, making you the primary operational point of contact for major customers. You'll work with organizations ranging from startups to large enterprises, helping them implement and optimize their AWS cloud solutions.

Your responsibilities will span across technical problem-solving, strategic planning, and relationship management. You'll be instrumental in ensuring customers' applications are well-designed and can scale to handle major global events like the Super Bowl, World Cup, and Olympics. The role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, as you'll be working directly with C-level executives while also diving deep into technical architectures.

Responsibilities For Technical Account Manager

  • Champion and advocate for Enterprise customers within AWS
  • Solve technical issues and work directly with AWS engineers
  • Participate in deep architectural discussions for cloud solutions
  • Help Enterprise customers define IT and business processes
  • Engage with Director and C-Level executives
  • Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and prelaunch planning
  • Analyze and present operational reviews to customer leadership

Requirements For Technical Account Manager

  • 5+ years of technical engineering experience
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English
  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across GenAI, AI/ML, Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Applications Development
  • Passion with a high learning drive
  • Ability to tackle various tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment
