Responsibilities For Technical Account Manager, EMEA-ISV France

  • Guide, consult, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer within AWS
  • Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy and optimized
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers
  • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, architectural decisions, and risk management
  • Consult with stakeholders from developers through to C-suite executives
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers
  • Proactively identify opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS
  • Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, monthly & quarterly metrics, and pre-launch planning

Requirements For Technical Account Manager, EMEA-ISV France

Linux
  • Experience as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Cloud Architect
  • Understanding of operational parameters and troubleshooting for compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data and analytics, security, applications development
  • Customer-facing experience with ability to present to audiences
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in fast-paced environment
