Description For Technical Account Manager, Enterprise On-Ramp, ASEAN

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking motivated technologists for the role of Technical Account Manager in the Enterprise On-Ramp team for ASEAN. As a trusted customer advocate, you will help organizations understand best practices around cloud-based solutions, diagnose technical issues, and provide ongoing support to keep AWS environments operationally healthy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building a strong foundation of knowledge around AWS cloud services and the cloud ecosystem
  • Working with customers of all sizes to execute on the Enterprise Support value proposition of AWS
  • Assisting with operational support needs for customers already using AWS
  • Collaborating with experienced technical account managers to craft and share best-practice knowledge
  • Acting as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support
  • Representing AWS within a customer's environment and driving discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management

The role requires the ability to connect technology with measurable business value and may involve up to 10% travel. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, from startups to large enterprises, helping them adopt cutting-edge cloud computing technology and solve complex "big data" problems.

Requirements For Technical Account Manager, Enterprise On-Ramp, ASEAN

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role (Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect, Service Delivery Manager, etc.)
  • Expertise in two or more technical domains (e.g., System administration, networking, programming, dev ops, security, compute, storage, databases, big data, analytics, etc.)
  • Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate to small and large audiences
  • Ability to juggle tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia
