Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking motivated technologists for the role of Technical Account Manager in the Enterprise On-Ramp team for the ASEAN region. As a trusted customer advocate, you will help organizations understand best practices around cloud-based solutions, diagnose technical issues, and provide ongoing support to keep AWS environments operationally healthy.

This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, and a strong technical background. You should be comfortable presenting to both small and large audiences and be able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in two or more technical domains such as system administration, networking, programming, DevOps, security, compute, storage, databases, big data, or analytics. Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is highly desirable, as is a background in consulting.
