Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their Enterprise Support team. This role combines technical expertise with customer advocacy, serving as a trusted advisor to help enterprises maximize their cloud technology investments. The position requires a strong technical background with 3+ years of experience and fluency in both English and Hebrew.

As a Technical Account Manager, you'll work with some of the most innovative businesses, from emerging startups to large enterprises, helping them navigate their cloud journey. You'll be responsible for providing architectural guidance, support strategy development, and operational excellence while ensuring AWS environments remain healthy and cost-effective.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with AWS's comprehensive suite of services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, and IoT. Responsibilities For Technical Account Manager, ES - EMEA-ISV

  • Advise on solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for customers
  • Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers
  • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
  • Consult with partners from developers through to C-suite executives
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales teams
  • Provide detailed reviews of service events, monthly & quarterly metrics
  • Conduct pre-launch planning
  • Solve migration problems for customer workloads
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions

Requirements For Technical Account Manager, ES - EMEA-ISV

  • 3+ years of technical engineering experience
  • Experience as Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Cloud Architect
  • Understanding of operational parameters for Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security
  • Customer-facing experience with ability to present to audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew
