Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their Enterprise Support team in France. This role represents a unique opportunity to be a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for AWS Enterprise Support customers. As a TAM, you'll work with some of the most innovative companies, from startups to large enterprises, helping them maximize their cloud technology investments.

The role combines technical expertise with strategic consulting, requiring you to craft and execute strategies that drive customer adoption of AWS services. You'll work across a comprehensive range of AWS products including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, and IoT solutions. Your responsibilities will span from providing architectural advice and support strategy to project planning and operational optimization.

  • Advise on solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for customers
  • Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers
  • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
  • Consult with partners from developers through to C-suite executives
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales teams
  • Provide detailed reviews of service events, metrics, and pre-launch planning
  • Solve problems across different customers during cloud migration
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions
