Responsibilities For Technical Account Manager, WWPS - ANZ Public Sector

  • Lead the success of enterprise support customers in building applications and services on AWS platform
  • Define support strategy and deliver expert advice on AWS services
  • Assist with project launches and operational issues
  • Build solutions and provide technical guidance
  • Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers
  • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and other teams
  • Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions and metrics
  • Run workshops and brown bag sessions to uplift customer capabilities

Requirements For Technical Account Manager, WWPS - ANZ Public Sector

  • 5+ years of technical engineering experience
  • Ability to attain Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance
  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data
  • Experience as a technical account manager, consultant, solutions architect, platform engineer, systems engineer, or cloud architect
  • Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings (preferred)
  • Understanding of technology budget management (preferred)
