  • Recruit passive candidates through proactive market research
  • Manage and prioritize searches to ensure well qualified and diverse talent pipelines
  • Utilize industry trends and develop innovative sourcing methods
  • Screen and attract top talent by assessing candidate skills
  • Use best in class candidate engagement techniques
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators, and Strategic Demand Advisors
  • Create exceptional candidate experience
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Set accurate expectations on compensation and leveling
  • Participate in interview loop construction and interviewer calibration
  • Continuously invest time in expanding knowledge base
  • Participate in project work focused on building operational efficiencies

Requirements For Technical Full Life Cycle Recruiter

  • 3+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive technical recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience
  • 3+ years closing candidates and negotiating offers
  • 3+ years managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
