Amazon's Americas Stores Tech Talent Acquisition (ASTTA) team is seeking a Full Life Cycle Recruiter to play a vital role in their hiring ecosystem. This position focuses on recruiting for high-volume tech roles including Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers, Software Development Engineers, Software Development Managers, Technical Program Managers, and specialty tech positions.

As a Full Life Cycle Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to closing candidates. The role involves building strong partnerships, developing business acumen, and using data-driven insights to influence decisions. You'll serve as a subject matter expert in sourcing and closing, with a focus on hiring highly qualified candidates through detailed profile calibration.
