Amazon, Earth's most customer-centric company, is seeking a Full Life Cycle Recruiter (FLC) to join their Americas Stores Tech Talent Acquisition (ASTTA) team. This role is crucial in their hiring ecosystem, focusing on recruiting for technical positions including Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers, Software Development Engineers, and more. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.

The role combines strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, and relationship building to identify and secure top technical talent. You'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final offer negotiation, while maintaining Amazon's high hiring standards. The position requires strong business acumen, data-driven decision making, and the ability to create exceptional candidate experiences.

Key aspects of the role include developing innovative sourcing strategies, managing multiple concurrent searches, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and meeting specific KPIs.
