Amazon is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to join their Base-Building Electrical Engineering team. This role is crucial for maintaining and improving electrical systems across Amazon's warehouse infrastructure. The position combines technical expertise in electrical engineering with program management skills.

The role involves significant travel (up to 60%) and focuses on implementing voltage stabilization systems, developing maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You'll work with cross-functional teams including Risk Management, Operations, and Construction departments to solve complex electrical infrastructure challenges at scale.

Key aspects of the role include conducting equipment failure investigations, developing maintenance procedures, and building relationships with electric utilities. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $114,400 to $197,700 based on location and experience, plus additional benefits including equity and comprehensive medical coverage.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of technical infrastructure management experience, strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards, and excellent project management capabilities. Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred but not required.

This role is part of the RME Electrical Engineering team, which supports three primary pillars - Electrical Safety, Reliability, and Resilience. You'll be contributing to global initiatives that ensure regulatory compliance and improve electrical power system reliability across Amazon's facilities.
