Description For Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, SCFM

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a Technical Program Manager (L6) to join their Manufacturing Operations Transportation Operations and Reverse Logistics team (MOTOR). This role focuses on managing AWS and 3rd Party Supply Chain activities, including inbound supplier-owned component warehousing, finished rack storage, server and rack assembly, and reverse logistics operations.

The position requires leading the implementation of new Liquid Cooling technology enablement for Server and Rack Test, working closely with a diverse team of hardware engineers, program managers, and various stakeholders. The role demands strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to drive complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

At AWS Infrastructure Services, we own the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to ensure continuous customer access to AWS services. The team manages facilities through an Integrated Facilities Management partner, comprising various technical specialists and coordinators.

They will be responsible for standardizing space planning, design and construction, maintenance, and security across global Supply Chain Facilities.
