Description For Technical Program Manager, GES Operations Engineering

Amazon is seeking an innovative Technical Program Manager to lead the design and deployment of cutting-edge solutions for their fulfillment centers and logistics systems. This role focuses on managing complex material handling and storage systems across multiple building types, requiring expertise in automated equipment, packaging technologies, and robotics.

The position demands a strategic thinker who can handle ambiguous problems while managing multiple high-visibility programs simultaneously. The role requires a strong engineering and program management background, with demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects and expertise in current MHE technologies and storage solutions.

The ideal candidate will thrive in Amazon's innovative environment, combining high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll work directly with VP-level leadership, influence network priorities, and drive technological advancement in Amazon's world-class fulfillment centers.

This role offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, parental leave options, PTO, and a 401(k) plan. With up to 50% travel required, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact across multiple facilities and help shape the future of Amazon's logistics operations.
