AWS is launching its first European Sovereign Cloud (ESC), a groundbreaking initiative in utility computing. As a Technical Program Manager in the AWS Managed Operations team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering critical AWS services exclusively for EU customers. This role combines technical leadership with program management expertise, overseeing services like EC2, S3, Dynamo, Lambda, and Bedrock.

The position is part of AWS Utility Computing (UC), which drives product innovations from foundational services to cutting-edge features. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-availability cloud services, particularly focusing on specialized security solutions for AWS customers.

Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Managed Operations

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical or business field
  • 6+ years of experience managing technical programs across cross-functional development teams
  • Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Legal right to work in Ireland
