Amazon's Americas Stores Tech Talent Acquisition (ASTTA) team is seeking a dynamic Sourcing Recruiter to join their mission of being Earth's most customer-centric company. This role is crucial in recruiting for high-volume tech positions including Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers, Software Development Engineers, and Technical Program Managers. As a Sourcing Recruiter, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining talent pipelines, leveraging market insights, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You'll work with cutting-edge technology teams while following Amazon's leadership principles to identify and attract top talent.

The position offers a comprehensive compensation package ranging from $50,900 to $109,000 based on location, plus equity and additional benefits.   • 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
  • Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system
  • Experience managing high volume and niche hiring
