Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer, Amazon Robotics Technical Support

  • Deep-dive, analyze, mitigate or resolve technical issues escalated by Amazon Robotics Facilities
  • Utilize multiple data sources, dashboards and logs to pinpoint and resolve software/hardware defects
  • Collaborate with development/software teams to create viable solutions
  • Manage high severity incidents and coordinate service restoration
  • Implement Change Management best practices in the Amazon Robotics environment
  • Work 5-day week including 1 weekend day for 24-hour global support coverage
