Responsibilities For Telecom Engineer, Amazon Connect

  • Conceptualize, design, build, deploy and maintain Amazon Connect's next generation telecom infrastructure
  • Provide telecom expertise to help drive business decisions
  • Lead/mentor other engineers
  • Integrate new telephony providers to expand Amazon Connect's telecom infrastructure
  • Work on automation tools for scaling operations
  • Produce and review documentation for telecom network implementation/deployments

Requirements For Telecom Engineer, Amazon Connect

Linux
Python
  • 4+ years of major internet routing protocols experience
  • 4+ years of working in a Linux/Unix environment experience
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in a large scale environment
  • 4+ years hands-on experience in telecom network design, focused in SIP protocol, VoIP technologies and telecom network operations
