Description For Telecom Support Engineer, Amazon Connect

Amazon Connect is a highly disruptive cloud-based contact center that enables businesses to deliver engaging, dynamic, and personal customer service experiences. As a Telecom Support Engineer on the Korea team, you'll help support and expand Amazon Connect's telecom infrastructure.

The role involves working with SIP/VoIP technology in a large-scale, distributed environment. You'll be responsible for expanding infrastructure to new global regions, supporting existing implementations, and innovating telecom network operations through tooling and processes.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of network and operating system support experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 3+ years of Telephony experience (SIP, RTP, VoIP)
  • Fluency in Korean and English
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset

  • Experience troubleshooting telephony systems
  • Experience with open-source VoIP systems
