Responsibilities For Automation QA Engineer on C#
- Ensure and maintain the quality of applications using automation and manual testing techniques
- Troubleshoot and resolve test code, test environment, and infrastructure issues
- Work with various testing tools including test case management and issue tracking
- Oversee and mentor less experienced team members
- Develop testing strategies and test cases
- Initiate, develop, and maintain automation frameworks
- Work independently on tasks of all complexity levels
- Collaborate closely with QAs and software developers
- Conduct test automation code reviews
- Create and implement testing strategies for all development stages
- Perform data analysis to identify trends in product quality or defects
- Determine and report quality issues, conduct root-cause analysis
Requirements For Automation QA Engineer on C#
- Extensive hands-on experience in handling infrastructure
- Solid understanding of software development
- Ability to develop QA tools and automation frameworks
- Experience with development frameworks and tools for test automation
- Experience working on C#/ ASP.NET
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies and integrating automated testing within Agile development
- Solid background in object-oriented languages
- Experience in designing, creating, and deploying test automation frameworks
- Experience with cloud computing services like Azure, AWS
- Cross Browser end-to-end test automation using Selenium WebDriver, Robot Framework, SpecFlow, TestNG etc.
- Experience in implementing test automation in CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins/TeamCity)
- Understanding of enterprise application architecture within C# and other languages
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker
- Experience in testing SOAP or REST web services
- Strong background in RDBMS testing and database design
- Understanding of NoSQL database technologies
