Responsibilities For Production Engineer

Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of necessary materials
Analyze production data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
Collaborate with various departments to optimize production processes and workflow
Supervise and manage production workers to ensure adherence to production schedules and standards
Provide training and support to workers to enhance their skills and productivity
Ensure a safe and efficient working environment for all employees
Develop and implement standardized production procedures and guidelines
Ensure consistency and efficiency in production processes across all projects
Monitor and analyze material usage to identify opportunities for optimization
Develop strategies to reduce waste and improve material efficiency
Coordinate with procurement and inventory control to ensure accurate material forecasting and ordering

Requirements For Production Engineer

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field
Min 2 years experience in manufacturing, or a related field in the construction industry
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with production planning, inventory control principles, and worker management
