AMODA is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join their dynamic team. This hybrid role involves overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budgets are met. The ideal candidate will work closely with principal design engineers, project managers, site managers, architects, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality civil construction projects.

The role demands a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with at least 2 years of experience. Key responsibilities include supervising daily site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting quality checks, and managing documentation. The successful candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and construction management software, possess strong leadership skills, and have the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities For Site Engineer

  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and safety standards
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to ensure smooth execution of tasks
  • Interpret and review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain construction standards
  • Prepare and maintain site reports, schedules, and other documentation
  • Resolve any technical issues or design conflicts in collaboration with the design and engineering teams
  • Provide technical guidance and training to site workers when required
  • Monitor material usage and inventory to prevent shortages or wastage
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning

Requirements For Site Engineer

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry
  • Having minimum 2 years work experiences
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other construction management software
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license (SIM A/C) and willingness to travel to various sites
  • Experience working on large-scale civil infrastructure projects and proficient in English is a plus
