Sourcing Engineer

Anduril Industries is seeking a Sourcing Engineer to join their Maritime division in Quincy, Massachusetts. This role is crucial in developing strategic supply networks and managing costs for Anduril's product hardware across their lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in electronics or mechanical device design, advanced sourcing activities, and supplier development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting supplier selection and partnering with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development
• Driving the development and consolidation of manufacturing BOMs
• Managing NPI component procurement and CAPEX throughout the NPI process
• Conducting value-stream mapping to optimize supply network lead time and flexibility
• Leading cost engineering activities to maximize total cost of ownership across the product lifecycle

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering (BSME, BSEE) or a related technical field, with an advanced technical degree or MBA strongly preferred. U.S. Person status is required due to the need to access export-controlled data.
