DFT Design Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Acceleration

AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations that continue to set AWS's services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, you'll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS, including support for customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services. This role may involve exposure to and experience with Amazon's growing suite of generative AI services and other cutting-edge cloud computing offerings across the AWS portfolio.

As a DFT Design Engineer in the Silicon Optimization Engineering Team, you'll be responsible for the design and optimization of hardware in our data centers. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing, implementing, and verifying state-of-the-art Design for Test (DFT) architectures
• Working with block designers to integrate DFT implementations
• Collaborating with the physical design team to setup and implement DFT insertion flow
• Developing high coverage and cost-effective DFT methodologies
• Performing RTL coding and Verification
• Participating in Silicon debug and writing scripts to effectively handle ATE related data
• Communicating and working with team members across multiple disciplines
