Key responsibilities include managing IT support tickets, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring smooth operation of both Windows and Mac environments. You'll work with modern technologies including Microsoft M365, Windows 11, and various mobile operating systems, making this an excellent opportunity to gain broad technical experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and technical knowledge, with experience in both Windows and MacOS environments. Knowledge of Microsoft services, including Entra ID, Active Directory, and M365 suite, is essential. Microsoft Fundamentals certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities For Associate Information Systems Engineer

  • Install, configure, and update computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
  • Provide direct support to staff for system setups and troubleshooting
  • Log and manage IT support requests in the ticketing system
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Manage hardware maintenance and replacement
  • Assist with new applications and systems deployment
  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Maintain Asset Management system

Requirements For Associate Information Systems Engineer

Linux
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting technical faults
  • Experience with Windows and MacOS operating systems
  • Experience with iOS and Android operating systems
  • Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory administration
  • Microsoft M365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint/OneDrive
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Understanding of IT helpdesk service processes, SLAs/KPIs
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (desirable)
