Growth Engineer

Anterior is seeking a Growth Engineer to join their healthcare enterprise technology team. This role sits at the intersection of GTM, Product, and Engineering, focusing on demonstrating and communicating the value of Anterior's products to customers. The ideal candidate will be a technically strong full-stack engineer with a frontend bias, combining technical expertise with commercial acumen. Working from New York in a default in-person environment, you'll be responsible for building demos and technical artifacts while serving as a technical expert for customers throughout the sales cycle. The role requires someone with strong design sensibilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of user experiences. While healthcare technology experience isn't required, the candidate should be excited to become an expert in this field. The position offers competitive compensation between $140K-$200K plus equity, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to impact healthcare technology while working with sophisticated enterprise deployments.
