Growth Engineer

Anthropic is seeking growth engineers to join their Claude.ai product team as founding members of their growth initiative. These key roles will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies and technical implementations. As a founding member of the growth team, you'll have a unique opportunity to shape the growth strategy from the ground up, working with a cross-functional team to design, implement, and optimize growth initiatives that scale AI-powered tools and maximize their impact.

Responsibilities include developing technical solutions for user growth, executing A/B tests, collaborating with product and marketing teams, implementing tracking systems, and contributing to AI-powered personalization systems.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of software engineering experience focused on growth, strong coding skills, a data-driven approach, passion for AI's potential, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Experience with machine learning, product-led growth strategies, and user segmentation is a plus.
