Responsibilities For Research Infrastructure Engineer

  • Design and improve a scalable, low-latency engine for simulating real-world market dynamics and strategy testing
  • Ensure the engine operates with high efficiency and low latency to mimic live market conditions
  • Work closely with quants, traders and engineers to integrate and test strategies in the simulation environment
  • Implement solutions for accurate historical and real-time market data ingestion
  • Develop automated testing, monitoring, and CI/CD systems to streamline research processes

Requirements For Research Infrastructure Engineer

Python
Rust
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in low-latency systems, C++/Rust/Python, and distributed computing
  • Experience in building production ready simulation environments in HFT trading domain
  • Good understanding of financial markets and HFT mechanics
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Previous experience in HFT trading environments, especially working in a simulation team, is a good plus
