Developer Relations Lead - Agave

Anza is pioneering blockchain technology through the development of the Agave client for Solana, a blockchain platform optimized for scalability and security. As the Developer Relations Lead for Agave, you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the technical team and the broader Solana community.

You'll be responsible for managing relationships with validators, core developers, and users of the Solana validator client. Your role involves effectively communicating software changes, upcoming upgrades, and their potential impacts on various stakeholders' operations. You'll work closely with the core development team to ensure comprehensive documentation and content creation, while also navigating the SIMD process and coordinating with other client teams.

You'll be tracking and reporting on Agave's performance metrics, comparing them with alternatives like Firedancer, and sharing these insights with both internal teams and the public.
