As our Data Engineer (Talend), you'll be integral to our dynamic development team, working with cutting-edge technologies and architectures. Your role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying ETL pipelines using Talend, while also contributing to our big data platform initiatives.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with modern technologies including Hadoop, Hive, HDFS, and Oracle RDBMS. You'll be involved in everything from data modeling and architecture to API integration and DevOps practices. Your expertise in Java programming, PL-SQL, and Unix/Linux environments will be put to good use as you help shape our data infrastructure.

Responsibilities For Data Engineer (Talend)

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy new ETL pipelines using Talend
  • Perform application software development and production support
  • Translate functional requirements into technical designs
  • Perform end to end automation of ETL process for big data platform
  • Develop and integrate software applications using suitable methodologies
  • Resolve customer complaints and implement improvements
  • Recommend strategies for technical aspects and system improvements
  • Ensure adherence to established standards

Requirements For Data Engineer (Talend)

Java
Linux
  • 5+ years of related IT experience
  • 1+ years development experience with Talend Data Integration module
  • 1+ years of Experience with Talend Administration Center, Data Quality, API Designer and Services
  • 1+ years of experience with Hadoop, Hive, HDFS and Oracle RDBMS
  • Experience with database schema, data modeling & architecture
  • Strong knowledge of Java programming and PL-SQL
  • Experience with API integration (REST)
  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and Shell script
  • Working knowledge of source-code control using GitLab
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps development
