Associate Application Engineer

Appian is seeking an Associate Application Engineer to develop large-scale applications supporting internal employees worldwide. This role involves becoming an expert on Appian software, collaborating with internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles to define, design, and implement business process-based solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leveraging experience in process improvement disciplines like business process management, knowledge management, personalization, business intelligence, and application integration on the Appian platform.
• Constructing, implementing, and deploying process-centric business process management solutions using Appian software.
• Analyzing client business strategies and processes to develop technical solutions.
• Designing prototypes, modeling business processes, and analyzing requirements.
• Implementing quality assurance plans, load testing, and roll-out plans.
• Triaging and troubleshooting production issues and providing ongoing support for various business applications.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a solid foundation or passion for technology.
